Stuck pistons out

I got my 2 little rusty pistons out can I have the sleave bored if I need to ? I am new to this and I am trying to fix a 7.3 that was running very well but got water in it by power washing when patrly taken apart.

it can be bored and resleeved cylinder walls are thin can't bore very much.

How bad are the cylinder walls? Ideally, just clean them up without boring if possible. While opinions vary, sleeves are best avoided. If you already have sleeves, thats another story...
