I just picked up a '94 F150, 4.9 I6, with the E4OD transmission. The truck is in great shape, and I plan to keep this truck, in this condition or better, for a long time to come. I guess you could say that this is, "The One."
I am looking for the very best books regarding maintanence, mechanical repair, specs, etc... I consider this to be an extremely important investment, and am sure that others would agree.
Do any readers among us happen to have the books for this exact truck, or know where I might find them?
I would sure appreciate any direction on this matter.
The Hanyes (around $15) or Chilton (around $20) manuals from Advance, O'Rileys or Auto Zone haven't let me down yet, and they cover a wide array of different models in case you ever have to fix a buddy's truck, plus the Chilton one comes with Wiring and vacuum diagrams that are easier to understand than the ones from ford.
