Oh now that just sucks....why can't people jsut leave stuff alone. Well I hope you bust the punk that swiped the starmate. But are you sure they didn't leave it at a neighbors and forgot to leave notice?
My bad.... You happened to be right BillyBob... I caught the UPS driver the next day and he recalled dropping a package on my block but not at my house. Said that he had a trainee that day and that he thinks they dropped something next door. I checked with the neighbor who apologized for not bringing the package over the night before... I really gotta stop thinking the worst of people all the time but it's tough with all the negative crap you hear happening out there. Just look at some of the misfortune fellow members of this site have had...

It happens...Unfortunately, you are right about why...too much crap happening so you always expect the worst. Good to know that you do have it though!

I added a SIRIUSConnect Car-only Tuner Model SC-C1 to my F-250 ($50 at Cartoys, Amazon, etc.). Depending on your which stereo unit you have, you may also need a brand specific interface box to connect from the SC-C1 to the head unit (check with the stereo manufacturer). It was super easy and quick. The toughest part was shoving my arm up the bottom of the dash to connect the cable to the dash mounted stereo. Of course, you can go with an FM modulator unit, but it isn't as clean of an install. Also, I ran the Sirius antenna inside and placed it in the corner of the dash (on the inside). I used a small piece of tape to hold it in place. Reception is fine, even in the garage. Once you go Sirius, you'll never go back.
I love my Sirius....The funny thing is... I bought the truck with an aftermarket Kenwood head unit....While playing with it...I noticed the "Function" pop up and say SIRIUS...Hey!! It is still working! The sat reciever is mounted behind the back seat and to this day it still does...Seems that maybe the previous owner paid for a lifetime service but never deactivated it.....so I will enjoy it for free while I can. WOOT!
