Frame difference for 88/89 SRW and Dually?

Frame difference for 88/89 SRW and Dually?
Trying to find out if the sinlge rear wheel and dually frames are the same width or not. I have an 88 F-350 4-dr cab SRW that I'd like to put on an 89 F-250 single cab dually frame. The owner of the dually thinks that frame is wider, anyone know for certain? JSM84

The 88 F-350 4-dr longbed is too long for any kind of wheeling. The frame and body flex so much, I can't open the doors on uneven ground. I could chop about 48-50" out of the frame, but the 89 single cab is a running truck with a 460. I looked at the flat bed that was transferred from the 89 dually onto another 94 F-350 4dr lb frame, and it looks wider than the original bed. May be just the way it's made, though. JSM84
