There are a lot of good oils out there, but the Shell Rotella is good stuff.

a couple drops of water will be evapaorated gy the time he gets back from the 3000 mile trip. and synthetic oil does not degrade bor does dino oil. is there a problem with the oil walmart sell? its the same as the rottela synthetic tractor supply sells. as fr as oil change time goes,,i have never changed syn oil before 35,000 mile in a ford diesel truck. and any oil tests said it was still ok. one very good think about the synthetic lube is that it clings to the inside of the engine over time. as far as diconcting the fuel pump and cranking it over,,hehe,,,it would take a whole day to do this for what end? for Gods sake,,where does this all end?
