I just put a slave clutch cylinder in my 2004 F150 the part is in but now we cannot get the line which carries fluid from the cylinder under the hood to the slave cylinder on the transmission. any advice on how to do this.

welcome to the boards! but, your post is a little confusing.... you cant get the line? or you cant get the fluid to flow?

For the life of me I can't remember exactly how I fixed this issue. I know you have to relieve the pressure on the throwout bearing. I believe it has a bleeder screw. But you have to be careful not to get air in the system because they can be a pain to bleed. If you get a small amount of air in the system the trick to getting a good pedal is to simply pump the pedal by hand as fast as you can for 10 to 15 strokes then let it sit for a few minutes and repeat until the pedal is good. DO NOT try bleeding it through the bleeder screw.
