Hey guys. I have hail damage really bad on my hood and would like to try to get them out myself. Someone told me dry ice on a hot day would pop out the dent but that didnt work. Any other ideas? Also, if I have to get a new hood, how much do you think getting it paint matched would cost? Thanks
If it's a darker color, you may try just parking in the sun for a while. Sometimes light damage will work itself out with time - talking a couple weeks to months, but the smaller dents will pop back out, then the doctors only have to go after the major ones.
