Cam Q??
What kind of performance will I get out of a Comp Cam that has the following specs:
206/206 Duration
.433 Lift
Will I need any different valvetrain to deal with this particular cam profile?

You will need matching valve springs and while in there change teh seals to a postive lock seal. That Cam isn't to bad very moderate, should run good on a stock motor, not to much cam that is. Bt good if you don't want to get into swapping manifolds and headers and all that fun. If you decide to go with anything else keep the duration low and lift high, even ask about custom grounds this is what I did. Pick up awesome low end torque!!
