Changing F to C

Hey guys, got a quick question. I dont have a manual for my truck so im not sure how to change the fahrenheit back to celcuis in my 07 f250 outlaw. Got out of the truck for about 30 mins hopped back in and the whole screen was shut off, turned it back on and it had changed from celcuis to fahrenheit. Tried under settings in the dash but it only changes km to miles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Press "AUTO" and the floor/defrost to switch between fahrenheit and celcius.
