proper air pressure...
I have just put 31x10.50 BFG AT KO tires on my ranger.. the max PSI is 50psi. should i go up to that, or keep it at the trucks 30-35 psi that is posted on the driver's door?

best way is to drive from hard dirt to pavement
do it at a slow speed and straight
stop and check your tires
if the edges are still coated with dirt you have too much pressure
when you get even cleaning of the treads the pressure is good
if it is very low, say below 25psi, then may need wider rims
