Fogged Windows

Hey, how come every time it rains I can't keep my windows from fogging? Even with my defroster on high it fogs so bad sometimes I have to pull over. Any help would be great! Thanks Mike Oh yeah It's a '88 F-250 regular cab

It's probably a leaking heater core. The fog will get worse as it gets colder this Winter. It's easy to fix it is behind the glove box.

side windows or windshield?

if windshield it is probably leaking core.

In case of emergency, rolling down your windows will also defrost your windows.

had this problem in high school. now i realize it was the heater core and prob an easy/cheap fix. the car was about trash anyway. in winter, my brother and i drove to school with the windows down it was so bad. i drove while he wiped the windows down with a t-shirt.

the air conditioner is part of the defroster in an air conditioned vehicle.

that might be part of the problem.

without air cond. you still have a defrost setting but it works differently.

lol any of my climate controls i could move the switches whereever i wanted and nothing would happen..so no defroster either.. never figured out why. but made the best of it
