OK I now did the AIH delete and the boost hose on the wastegate. Still have the same problem. Could this be caused by the wastegate somehow. I am just taking shots in the dark here. When I took the truck for a ride it definately boosted faster but still went to zero when I let off or kept it at a steady speed.

It could be wastegate related, just not sure how. Wastegate opening too soon? I believe that can be adjusted, but wouldn't disconnecting the line tell you the same thing as a bunch of adjustments? I could possibly stop by one of the afternoons to help trouble shoot with you. I'm in Minneapolis every week day for work. I'm by no means a Diesel mechanic, but sometimes two heads are better than one.
