Why No Engine oil Guage???

Why No Engine oil Guage???

was it an option I did not get?????

If you are saying that the 08 don't have an oil pressure gauge, I would believe you. I also would believe that it is because the one on the 6.0 is bogus anyway so they might as well just junk it. Any pressure over about 5 psi would trigger it to go to the mid point and stay there. The 6.0 doesn't have an oil pressure sensor, it has an oil pressure switch.

Buy your own.

My 2008 has an oil guage. It is the one with a little picture of an oil can on it. Top row far left. I also have a battery guage which is missing on trucks with the automatic transmission.

Gas engines like yours have an EOP gauge, the PSD has a boost gauge instead. Personally the boost gauge is more useful as the EOP gauge reads normal at any oil pressure above 5psi.
