Tom is correct and wins a prize!
Grafting a paxton/vortech style blower onto any engine is fairly easy - it's a matter of making an accessory bracket to mount the unit in a place where the pulley will have maximum coverage with the belt, as well as fabbing a v-belt pulley for it. If you can't find the pulley, you just bore the center out of a spare pulley and make a new hub and weld it in. Steel is easiest to weld, acquire, and lower cost than aluminum.
A tip in making accessory brackets of any kind - mock them up out of 1/4" plywood first - this way you can adjust the shape, size, hole positions etc. Woodworking is quicker than steel.
