Beeping

Hey folk, here is one that has been driving me crazy the past few days. It has been happening just evey so often. I get these 5 beep five times then stops and sometimes it keeps going. When it first happened I thought it was the seatbelt alert. Checked them and very thing was fine.
Does anyone know what they mean. Can I disable the beeper.

is your ABS air bag warning light blinking or burned out?

I don't see it on. How do I know if its blown? I did blow a couple of my speedometor.

96_4wdr I pulled the dash apart and found out that there was no bulb so I put one in. Now the beeping stoped but the Light is flashing. A friend said it may have been deployed at one time. And I think I have a voltage problem. Lost a belt and had to drive the van a ways with out one. Now after putting the belt back on the alt light stays on. Was read on the site that low voltage to the airbag may cause the light to flash. Could my Voltage regulator or alt be causing this problem?

Beeping

Getting a code 45 from the airbag light....is that caused by the rad crash sensor on my Van??

read the 2 digit flashing code from the light
search Aero forum for list of SRS air bag system codes or post here

probably failed air bag circuit in clock spring in steering wheel under air bag
dealer item only

any problems with cruise control or horn, both these also pass thru clock spring
