Question

pulleys

Will all the accessories and pulleys off of a 302 fit on a 351 windsor including the timing cover and all?

Yes.. but you'll need a longer belt.

Some of the brackets are different. Ford used at least 4 different adapter brackets to correct the different head bolt spacing in a 351 vs a 302. These are either aluminum or iron brackets with 2 drilled holes in the ends and two threaded holes in a boss cast in the center.
