First let me say, I do not know anything mechanical, my husband passed away and I needed to replace the seat in his truck 2002 ford f150 xlt, every since then the airbag light stays on. I have thought nothing of it. Well I found out today when someone came to look at it to buy it that, that means the airbag is not working, well I have been on the internet every since and I have found out that the code means LH crash sensor not mounted to vehicle proberly, my question is does anyone have a clue how much the dealer will charge me to fix this?

A 46 code means the driver's seatbelt pretensioner has incorrect electrical resistance. The pretensioner is in the seat belt buckle assembly. The most common cause of that code, that I've seen, is the connector to the pretensioner is unplugged or has a bad connection otherwise. If you look under the seat you should be able to see the wiring coming from the seat belt buckle. Make sure it's plugged in.
