Howell TBI EFI kit
I was looking around and found this

For converting any V-8 engine from carburetor to throttle body fuel injection. Uses new GM throttle body appropriate for engine size. Operates with or without ECM controlled ignition. Contains all sensors, components, wiring harnesses, ECM and fuel pump to install fuel injection on your engine. Custom calibration PROM for your engine.
I realize this is not as good as multi port but hey its something, and its a complete kit.

Save your money. TBI is not much better than a carb.

Start with a donor '89 thru '93 Mustang with an EEC-IV computer. Use the Computer, harness, and sensors. Get a Single Plane manifold and use the Mass-flo TB. Install the bungs in the manifold. Get a 460 TFI distributor, or 351W with a gear change. Get a Walbro external fuel pump, and an Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator, some AN-6 fuel line, and a Tweecer to program the EEC-IV computer.
This will cost more money, but it is a much better system. It will deliver better fuel mileage and more power, than a TBI setup.
