Carb for 302

Carb for 302
What would be the best Carb solution for a 302?
I have had my eyes on a Autolite 4100...however I own
a 4300 that needs rebuilding. But I feel that the 4300 is too much
carb for the 302...it came of of a 390.
I have been thinking about either of these as well...

just a street machine not a drag racer.
