Sounds like a sub-company like Delta. Do a google search on them and see what they do.
Delta is a sub-company for Michelin, Goodyear, and Explorer Pro Comp. They're the same tire, just with Delta on the side. Companies do that so they can continue to produce tires and make money even when demand is down.
I've seen the pepboys m/t on my buddys jeep, i didnt really like the looks of em. they were also really stiff and didnt flex well.
I got firestone destinations M/T on my truck a couple of months ago they were 100 a piece which i thought was pretty good. There E rated and havnt worn to bad and there pricless in the mud they make a world of a difference.

Thanks for the info. Could not find any recall on that specific tire. Just trying to find a nice aggressive looking tire that will perform well both on and off the road for a good price.

Do not know much about the tire other than it is made for Pep Boys by Cooper, which redford already mentioned.
The Dakota M/T was never involved in the recall by Cooper of many of thier tire brands. The Dakota A/T and H/T were involved in the recall, that was a year ago now.
mstiles - where did you find the firestone destination m/t's for $100 a piece? Tire Rack says $166 for my size - 265/75QR16
