airaid air filter
I have an Airaid filter on my truck which is just like a K&N. It's got 70k on it and has been cleaned and oiled periodically as it should. After reading about these filters not working that well, I was considering changing to the 6637. But I removed it to check for crud and wear on the blades and found none, spotless inside. I think I'll keep it.
I live in s. Fl. maybe it's not as dusty here as it is out west, I don't know but, I think it's working good for me here. Some of my driving is on dirt roads when I go hunting and I try not to drive right behind someone kicking up dust.
I fully expected to see some build up in the tube and was surprised to find it clean!
