Grabby clutch!

Hi All, I'm fairly new to this great forum. Here's my problem: About 3 months ago I bought an '06 F250 SD,5.4l,6 speed manual,RWD with at the time 33,000+ miles on it. I find that the shifting itself seems rather tight and in damp weather the clutch feels awfully "grabby"(near the top) when engaging and if I'm not careful I will stall the engine when starting in gear #2 which I assume is the normal "starting" gear. Rear end ratio is 3.73 Any suggestions/idea will be greatly appreciated!

As an aside has anyone tried installing one of those "short throw"
shift replacements on their rig?

It is still under warranty, so you might take it in and complain to the dealer.

It shouldn't stall in any gear with the clutch engaged while starting, and damp weather shouldn't have any affect either. Take that baby in and have them look at it.
