So if my sender is a brass block with a rubber hose on each end and the electrical connection in the middle,kind of like a tee, the electrical fitting should unscrew and then I can screw it into the pressure port?

Thanks people,I finally got the time to relocate the sender to the pressure port and it is running between 150 and 180 degrees. Someone cut the hoses to the tranny cooler to install the sending unit. I am going to blow compressed air through the cooler to make sure it is not plugged and hook it back up.
