update-ghost in the 6.0

I had a moaning sound at low RPM's which could be described as the noise a small ghost would make. There were no codes, but the dealer replaced the turbo and the noise is gone. With only 32,000 miles on the truck, I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong.
