Which rotor?
Have an 03 XLT and one of the rotors is warped/hot spot. Do these rigs have a tendancy to trash any particular wheel rotor? It does not feeel like a front as there is minimal steerign wheel shimmy, but I have a hard time believing it is a rear. What is everybodys experience? any one in particular I shouldlook at first...

first off i would ask how you know it is warped if you dont know which end it is? not to be critical... there is not a specific wheel that has a problem. the fronts of course do more stopping and have more load on the pads so that is normally the first place to look. they also wear faster in the front. if the pads were good, but the slide pins stick, you can wear one side abnormal compard to the other. best bet is to look at all 4 and see what you got. what problem do you have?
