2 Minor Issues
2) 60% of the time, my windshield wipers will work at any setting. 15% of the time, they will only work at the highest speed. And the remaining 25% of the time, they do not work at all. The only two patterns I've found (which don't hold true 100% of the time) are that if it's cold, they will not work, and if I hit a bump or even release the parking brake while they won't work, they will magically begin working.
Just checkin' to see if y'all have some extra tricks up y'alls' sleeves.
There is a post on here somewhere with pics. of the little elec. actuator motor but i can't seem to find it. I used this fix and it works great. It sounds complicated when you read it but it is not. My first door took me about 1 hour, the rest about 30 minutes each. I used wire ties to hold the housing together as did other guys on here, it works and is easier.
As for the wiper problem... sounds like a loose or shorting connection but no fuse blown yet so must be loose connection. Others may chime in with more specific information but I would start by taking steering column cover off and looking for bad connections. Good luck.
