Both driver and passenger windows almost
stall in the midpoint or when they are half
way up and down. What am I facing here?

first take off the door panel. clean the rollers and slide mechanism on the ZEE linkage. spray a lube on the rollers and slide mechanism and all pin joints. that sould do it. if it is "always" slow then you might have weak motor, but if it just has bad spots, the clean and lube will work. also put a polish or silicon spray on the edge of the window that rides in the door track to make it slide easier.
Could be a misaligned window too. There is a new TSB out for the f-150 sluggish window in the UP position. I've only done 1 at work, but it involves rolling the window up and with the door panel off, loosening the 2 clamps on the bottom of the window and then forcing the window twords the rear of the door and tightening the clamps back up. I forget what years this applied to but the one I did was under warranty still and i believe was an 05' or 06'?
Thanks,
I will try the Armor all. Seems like the easiest.
But If I have to remove the door panel...I see
one screw under the inside door pull handle. Is
removing this screw the first step?

Here are some quotes from a thread about the lock actuators where the window was binding up when it was half way up or down after the repair was finished that may help a bit....

I have worked on it for about a hour and I can't figure it out. If anyone has a idea, please let me know. The window goes down about 1/4 of the way and stops. With help I can get it to go all the way down, but then I have to help it go back up.

I heard a pop when I moved the track out of the way so I had a hint as to the cause. On the top of the track there is a tab that has to slide to the outside of the upper track, near the bottom of the window when the window is up. I could barely see it but found it by feel. Right now the tab is causing the lower track to be too close and resulting in that bind. Pull down on the lower track an pry the tab so it slips to the outside of the upper track and your window should work properly again.

The lower section slides into the channel of the upper section and the spring clip which is riveted to the back side of the lower section sits behind the upper channel when you slip them together. This spring clip holds the two sections securely at the joint. Sometimes it helps to tilt the lower section in, then grasp the spring clip with the other hand and pull out on the clip as you guide the lower section up into the upper sections channel. It is of course a tight fit and may take a few tries but you will get it. Then once the clip and channels are in the right configuration you can install the bolt into the lower section and be done. Then the window wont bind in the run as tampatech has pointed out.
Mine used to be slow but i just sprayed some lithium grease or wd-40(LG lasts longer) where the window rides, i didnt even have to take off the door panel.
