Which throttle body

More specifically which vehicle should I get one from for my truck??
Are there modifications to be done to make them fit??

Which throttle body
probably any t/b from a 87-96 truck will work, its bolt on to a point....the intake holes are larger than those of the stock 4.9 intake, so you will have to expand them and/or righ and adapter/spacer.
