It may be the o-rings in the drainvalve leaking they can be replaced you don't have to buy a new drain valve.

If there is no tach movement when trying to start, is that an indication of a bad CPS? Mine is doing this right now and I'm not sure what to do. If it is the CPS, has has anyone had the recall Flash done to their trucks? Think it would do any good?
