The new guy
Hello all!!
I'd like to thank all of you for helping me find information about my X. This forum helped me before I even picked the truck up. I knew I'd have to fix all of the door lock actuators (all 5!) and it was easy after learning how here.
The brake controller was easy and yes, the pigtail was $6 at U-Haul.
I purchased a 2000 LTD 7.3 in August. Since I tow a lot I've already done some much needed modifications.
Helwig rear anti sway bar
Firestone Ride Rite air bags
Prodigy Brake Controller
Banks Power pak with Transcommand
Oh- I also had to replace the tranny on my firsy long haul. Ouch!!!!

Glad you found the help you needed here, that's what we're all about just trying to get by and help each other save some cash and help pass on all we've learned working on our trucks. Glad you ccould join us so come on in and make your self to home. Take a min. and check in with your local chapter and don't forget the search option tons of good info available there also.
