Need some help with wiring.

I need to either find some good wiring diagrams or get some help here. So heres my situation.

I have a cab from a 1968 F350 so it has all the dash wiring. Well we put the steering column from a 1972 f100 in it since it had no column in it.

We needed to hook up the steering column wiring to the connector under the dash.

Well we are unable to. The steering column from the 72 has 1 7 prong black connector.

The 68 dash connector(s) has 2 plugs a 2 prong plug & a 5 prong plug.

So i need to figure out which wires go to what so i can make a jumper harness so i can get the turn signals, ect.. working.

Here are the colors of the wires ect if its any help. I hope they are correct, it was hard to tell on a few.

The 1968 F350 dash connector(s)

2 prong plug
green/tan stripe
orange/blue stripe

5 prong plug
white/blue stripe
green/white stripe
blue/green stripe
grey
green

1972 steering column connector

7 prong plug
blue/yellow stripe
light blue?
red/black stripe
green
yellow/black stripe
green/white stripe
white/blue stripe

A few of the wires are the same color on both ends so im sure they hook together, but not sure about the rest

Thanks in advance and sorry about the long post.

Talking wiring

there is a small skinny tool for removing those prongs from the connector. sometimes you can use a very thin screwdriver to slightly bend in the locking part of the prong. but you need to slightly push the wire into the connector so it will collapse easier, if you can get ether the mating 2 connectors or the mating single connector you can convert it without a lot of trouble. a few of the wires are still color coaded the same but a few are not as you already know.
I had done this several years back and did a trial & error to figure them out,
I just had a look around to see if i still had my diagram i made then but couldnt find it. if you dont have it figured out by tomorrow i will look on my old ford that i did that to and write down the formula to match your wires. you can also contact FTE member numberdummy he might have that wiring info handy.
