Thanx to board members here the trans problem is fixed. So now is camber adjustable on this 2WD by shimming? And how about different rated coil springs? this has a "D" rating and is way too harsh, any preferences out there for this 2.3 equipped hot-rod?
All wheel aligment data, I have. Before aligning be sure tires are inflated properly, frame is not bent, no play in suspention/steering, rims are ok...
Camber/Caster May or may not be adjustable, depending on whether or not an offset upper ball joint mount has been installed. If the offset mount is installed, it's a simple matter of loosening the nut, and rotating the mount.
If not, then you'll need to remove the nut, hammer the old mount out, hammer in a new, offset mount (you'll need an alignment check first to determine how much of an offset to install)... then rotate the new mount to get the alignment in specification, then tighten the nut.
An experienced alignment technician should be able to handle all of this for you (at additional expense, of course).
