I've got an '07 f250 diesel crew I just ordered a set of 37/12.50/R18's the question is, what size lift do I need 4" or 6" I'm looking at the rough country lifts. Also can I run my stock rims?? I don't know the factory width. I don't really want to go too high but I realize I need some clearance to allow these tires not to rub.
Thanks
With the Rough Country lift you can get a 37 on our 6 inch kit but the only problem with a stock wheel is you may have a chance of rubbing since the stock wheel doesnt have the required backspacing.
Good answer!!!! NOT
All I'm doing here is looking for some good advise from guys who know alot more than I do about this kinda stuff. Why not give sound advice to someone who is asking for your help?

That song is on the radio now as I read this post. Talk about coincidence!!
To the original poster,
You may as well get the biggest lift you can get first thing. Most of us have started out with 3", then 6", then 18" with a few in between. Do yourself a favor and go with the most lift you can right off the bat as to save yourself some grief later on. 37s will fit with 4" on a new SD. However, 6" would look better (IMO).
