FYI- I've got Nitto Terra Grapplers on my ex and they too have proven to be noisy and very difficult to balance. Vibration comes in at about 70mph. They have 40k on them and have worn very well and have excellent traction in all weather. Too noisy for me personally.
I had the steelteks that came on it from the factory on mine(55k on the ticker for an '02)
had a NASTY shake at 55+
went to 2 shops to have them balanced, couldnt get any better, turned out the tires were cupped from poor air pressure
went with a set of the MTX's in a 285, night and day difference, no shake, I need to address the floaty feeling, but thats a suspension issue!
285's fill up the wheel wells nicely and handle great!
