Jet Hot Coating
A few of us were sitting aruond the shop the other day, no trucks to work on again, (deploying sucks)and we were talking about trucks and stuff, and what we were going to modify when we got back home. I threw out could a turbo be coated with Jet Hot and would it make a difference in temp. Not to mention look cool. Since no one has heard about it being done, I would like to know if anyone one here has done it or knows of anyone that did it. Just didn't know if it makes a big difference.

I would say that's a definite possibility. That and the manifolds & up-pipes. I know there are already ceramic coated parts out there, but I'm sure Jet Hot would be a viable option. A friend of mine had that done to custom headers he had made for a V8 conversion in an MG. He never wanted to touch them again...
