I have a '95 F150 I6 4.10 limited slip rear.

The tranny is automatic with overdrive. There is a button on the shifter to turn Overdrive on and off. What is this transmission?

What's the best way to maintain it?

Thanks.

I am pretty sure that is a E40D tranny.

Thats all I know.

How does your truck run with 4.10s?

What sort of mileage do you get?

Can you spin tires on concrete just by flooring it?

ROCKS is right - it's most likely the E4OD, but it might be the 4R70W. Either way, keep it cool (trans cooler esp if you tow) and change the fluid. If it's never been changed and it's over 60Kmi, I'd recommend changing it and then again 1000 miles later to flush everything out. Then you can go to a normal schedule like every 30-40Kmi.
