98 CD Player

My wife has a 98 Expedition that she wants me to add a cd player for her. I'm having a hard time find a factory cd changer from ford for that year. What kind of in-dash unit would fit/work the best for me?

I bought another head unit for about $100 shipped on Ebay. Repaced the cassette unit. Mke sure the plugs on the unit you buy are the same as the ones on your head unit if you decide to go that route.
