What has happened?
90 uses an oil pressure sender and 92 uses a switch that goes closed above 6psi. Put your old sender in the new block & it should be fine.
Check the fan clutch, thermostat, & pull the codes to see if a sensor is unplugged. You are using the '92 computer, right?

yea im usin the 92 comp.. i changed the sending unit and its workin so im all set on the oil im not scared anymore lol but the truck still dont heat up and my pedal is soft but i took it to work tonight. and its runnin just great... i love it im hopin the throwout berin anit messed up.. i prolly did the clutch wrong it takes a real man to realize he did something wrong hahahaha anyways get back to me if ya can on the clutch deal i went to get the thermostat and napa was closed so i took the one off my motor and put it in and the gauge is starting to register but still nothing to major

well everything is back to normal thank the good lord. i blead the clutch and its stiffer now and it feels better to me than it did before and i got bored also and remember something i was taught back in school about the cooling system so i got a new coolant temp sensor and put it in and wouldnt ya know wit the new thermostat i put it also it came up to temp finally today so im back on the road with a 110% recovery!! thanks alot everyone and have the best christmas ever:-X12 :-X12 :-X12 :-X12 :-X12 :-X12 :-X12 :-X12 :-X12 :-X12
