Not hard if you can turn a wrench. Comes with step by step instructions. Basically in a nutshell: jack one side of the rear up, take the wheel off, remove 4 nuts, use jackstands to support the body, let jack down so axle will lower and leaf will seperate from axle, put new studs and add a leaf in, jack axle back up, reinstall 4 nuts, reinstall wheel...move to other side.
Doesnt take too long to do. I did it in the driveway.
