low beam headlights quit

about a month ago the passanger side low beam head light went out. I replaced the bulb and it was not the problem. last week the drivers side quit. so now I have no low beam headlights. The owners manuel only showes a fuse for the right side low beam. is ther something else that it can be?
thanks for the help.

Same thing happened with mine. I have the day time lights that are just about as bright as the low beams.. especially with the fog lights. I checked the fuses in mine.. everything except the low beams work so I'm guessing maybe its the switch itself on the dash. I heard they go out on occassion.

There are fuses for each individual low beam, plus one more for the high beams. I had one go out a while back and it was the fuse. In my 2002, they are:

#7 High Beams/Flash to pass 30A
#14 DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps) 15A
#46 Left-hand Low Beam 10A
#47 Right-hand Low Beam 10A

Yours may be different...

Well, for the past month I have not had Low Beam head lights (both are out). I was relying off of my DayTime Running Lights which are about as bright as my Low Beams. The other day driving home on the highway, my day time running lights go out. At first I didn't really notice since I had my PIAA fog lights on... but I seen my front end reflection in anothers trucks tail gate... no head lights.. now just the marker lights.

Checked fuses, everything looks good. Could this be my inside cab switch going bad? I only have my fog lights and high beams right now.

Those switches are made of plastic. I've replaced a LOT of plastic switches on the VW and Audi's that I work on that power various accessories on the vehicles.
Ignition, heater, headlight, rear defrost, you name it. If it's plastic, it WILL fail.
