So every day when I go out to get in the truck for work I crank it and it turns over and starts but is like sputtering as if it is not getting any fuel or power or something I don't know, but then after about 10 or 15 seconds the 5.8 rev's up on its own and runs fine. I was just wondering if anyone knew what this was, thanks.
pop off the dist before starting and see if any condensation is in there, A bit of dielectric grease on the nose of the rotor and on the contacts for the plug wires
inside the cap will prevent corrosion inside and water gremlins!! Does the fuel
pump crank when you first turn the key? Try turning the key on for 4 sec then
back off, Do this a few times and try it, see if building pressure up lets it start!!
