Depends on what engine you have. You didn't say.
On the 4.2, cylinders 2 & 6 are on the same coil section.
That means that the coil is a possibility, however, blindly replacing the coil is has a fair chance of being a wasted effort.

sorry about that , its a 4.6. I was reading other post about the same problem and the coil pak were at fault most of the time.
