where is the starter relay at and how would i check it i checked the fuseable links to me im thinkin its a wire from sittin so long without bein started and just my look when it starts coming together candy paint 24's whole interior redone just put insurance on it got my tags and now the darn thing wont even take me down the road one time running fine when it was parked. so im thinkin it must be a connection problem but i sure cant find it

if it's not getting a good conection it will cause big problems like the one you're having.
maybe ill cut the plug and wire it straight im gonna pick up a switch tommrow maybe thatll help thanks for the help and ill keep you posted if wiring it straight helps out or not
and yes to check the ballast unplug the the connector with the red and white wires from the ECU stick one lead in female side of the plug with the red wire then take the other lead put it on the ignition coil connector marked battery after unhook it from the coil. If the resistanceis the same as specified the resistor is okay.
