99 expedition starting problems
my boss has a 99 expy that she is having trouble starting this only happens on occasion but when it does she has to hold her foot on the gas to get it started and while she is holding the accelerator the r.p.m. jumps from 1000 to 2000 without pumping the accelerator i was questioning the Iac valve could someone help me out on this thank you
