Summit stocks them. I got my pillar pod from them. JC Whitney sells a triple pod.

This is where I bought mine:

http://www.egauges.com/vdo_acce.asp?Subgroup=Ford_F_Series

The page says they are for '87 thru '97 except F-150. But there is also a toll free phone number. Might be worth a free call just for the information.

FWIW.

I have a pod mounted over the pillar for mine.
I have not seen a replacement pillar with a guage mount for anything older than an 87 for a while now.

I have an 87 with a pod on the pillar and an 83 with the same pod. It just needs minor trimming. When I get back I will post a pic of each.

This is the pod I used, a little trimming of the plastic so it fits the contour of the pillar is all that is needed.
I drilled a hole in the pillar to run the wires and to smaller holes through the pod and pillar for mouting screws.

With a little more work, you could probably trim the one for an 87 down, the bottom of the 87 pillar is like the 81 thru 86 pillar.
The difference is the top of the 87 pillar runs back over the door.
