Volare torque specs.

Volare torque specs.
I'm in the process of putting all the volare suspension back together and can't seem to find torque specs for the pitman arm and the idler arm. I have some of the specs that i got off of this site: http://www.geocities.com/indychamp/torsion/torsion.htm
The only thing i can figure is the pivot shaft and steering knuckle are their words for the idler arm and pitman arm, Am i right?
