Papaw (grandfather) sorry ima redneck lol but the fuel pumps in the tanks are both under a year old but the high pressure pump is oem never been replaced and the computer was replaced the same time the in tank pumps were and no i didn't check the pressure on the rail but i did take the lil cap off of the valve and stick a screw driver in it and it shot fuel way up in the air but i did notice that when my fuel pump turns on it has a high pitch whine when it starts but after it runs for just a sec it starts sounding like gears grinding do these high pressure pump work offa diaphragm or are they just plain out electronic ?

If you are asking what turns them off when they are on then they are "just plain out electronic". There is a one-second timer (I know it seams like two seconds) in the computer that lets the pumps run for one second when you turn on the key to prime the system. Then the computer does not turn the pumps back on until it sees a pulse train from the PIP sensor that says it is cranking at a certain RPM. This is for safety reasons and the pumps will run all the time the engine is cranking (above that RPM) or running. But when the engine dies on its own (you did not turn off the key) the pumps will go off in one second after the loss of the PIP train.

If you are asking if the pumps pump by way of a diaphragm or rotary I have not seen this information anywhere but another member of this forum once said that they were rotary. So any noise coming from the pumps would have to be cavitation (sucking air into the rotor) or the motor bushings (I guess they are bushings and not bearings).
