Yes, with some "trimming" of the area behind the lights, they bolt right in. There's harnesses made or you can make your own. I put some Harley edition lights on mine and i'm not sure i like the color, but i love the look.

I missed the 'lights' part, caught just the mirror part of the OP, I need to slow down.
Kris' is referring to 'trimming' the header panel to accomodate the '05-'07 headlights. The '05-'07 header panel will bolt in, also if you don't want to cut yours.
