what FE motors came from the factory cross bolted. Was it just the 406 and 427. Or was some of the others.

It was just the 406 and 427 blocks. Also, from what I've heard the only cross bolted 406's were special competition Nascar blocks so I don't know if you'll ever find one of them.

If I remember correctly, in mid 1962, Ford started crossbolting the 406 blocks and used them in production cars untill mid '63 when the 427 was introduced. The mid to late '63 406's were two bolt leftovers.
