Relay clicking under dashboard
I'm sure this has been covered before but I couldn't find it by searching.
Today while driving back to work from lunch I start to hear a clicking relay noise come from under the dashboard. Also my windshield washer and 4x4 lights are flashing. It stops if I put it in park or neutral. It's also raining and I think this is related to a problem I read about a couple of years ago about water leaking in behind the windshield. Had different clicking noises back then.

Clicking sound
All noises mine made when the windshield was leaking and GEM got wet. You will find it is the relay on to upper side of the steering column.
I use to be able to smack the panel under the steering column and it would quit.
